The regular practice of Yoga helps us to decelerate down, release pressure and stress within our inner characters, and more readily be suitable to be in touch with the divine energy within each one of us. Asanas help to maintain inflexibility and strengthen the body. Chanting helps to concentrate our minds, substantiate our habitual studies, and amp our whole being. Contemplation creates time and space for us to settle, while we rest in the clear light of bliss. All of these practices, when engaged in on a regular base, will undoubtedly contribute to a lesser sense of happiness and well-being.
